Unarmed Security Guard Super Bowl Outside Related Events

Lead Star Security, a fully licensed and insured private security company, is seeking a dedicated individual to join our esteemed team as an Unarmed Security Guard.

We will be providing security services for several events and gatherings in the Bay Area around the time of the Super Bowl. We are seeking to fill 30 part-time event staffing positions across multiple shifts.

Recruiting unarmed security guards able to provide service for various one-day events in San Francisco, CA.

• Role is for temporary events.
• Schedule: 6 to 8-hour shifts.
• Must have very strong customer facing communication skills.
• Able to be friendly, but retain a professional demeanor and appearance.
• Must have an ACTIVE BSIS Security Guard License.
• Must have current Power to arrest and appropriate use of force training

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a visual attentiveness to the assigned post and/or areas at all times
• Walking rounds in an attentive manner, maintaining a secure perimeter
• Reporting into the appropriate checkpoints utilizing the required equipment
• Creating written reports in a timely manner while on shift
• Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons

Requirements:

• Current CA BSIS Guard Card is mandatory.
• Valid "Power to Arrest and Appropriate use of Force" training certificate
• Additional 32 hours a plus
• Possess HS diploma or GED equivalent
• Pass preemployment background check
