What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department and Medical-Surgical Unit.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Order, interpret, and act on laboratory and diagnostic test results.
- Perform procedures appropriate to your training, credentials, and scope of practice.
- Stabilize and manage patients with acute illness or injury.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
- Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently within the electronic health record.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support hospital policies, patient safety, and clinical excellence.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while fostering positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
