Rincon Research Corporation is seeking an Office Administrator in the Centennial location to provide administrative and reception support. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Office Administrator will be responsible for the activities of the front desk, lobby, mail room, kitchenettes & break room. This position requires an individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.

What are the primary responsibilities in the Receptionist position?

• Greet visitors, customers, & employees
• Manage all incoming phone calls
• Manage Centennial office lobby, mail room, kitchenettes and breakroom
• Distribute mail & ship packages
• Manage office calendars, organize meetings, take notes, send announcements
• Other duties as assigned
  
  
  

What required background will make you successful?

• Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or Receptionist
• Intermediate-level experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to answer and use multi-line phone systems
• Ability to communicate in an effective, professional and friendly manner
• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize in a demanding environment
• Ability to maintain a valid driver license for errands
  
  
  

Where is the position located?

• This position is located at our Centennial, CO office. The hours are 7:30am – 4pm. This position is only needed on a casual basis to cover weekdays our current employee is out of office.
