Position
RIMOWA has a unique opportunity for an Associate Planner to join the CREW!
Job Responsibilities
- Process internal and external customers’ orders
- Process North America, South America and Canada product request in a timely and accurate manner, within demand planning guidelines: wholesale, corporate orders (B2B, PR), manual allocation to retail stores, replacement cases
- Support demand planning in executing supply orders from manufacturing to distribution hubs, and from distribution hubs to South America
- Receive and register invoices, forms, records and other documents
- Enable department stores EDI-compliance:
- Interact with distribution hubs in order to secure value-added services as per each customer requirements (fulfillment confirmation, ASN generation and confirmation)
- Interact with department stores through DI Central portal (order receipt, invoicing)
- Help sales representative in the investigation for chargebacks, and communicate on logistics process failures for continuous improvement
Support Logistics
- Translate business priorities to the hub teams, through order shipping Instructions and deadlines, in collaboration with the Logistics Manager
- Estimate timeline for client’s order preparation, based on volumes, VAS complexity and workload at the Hubs’ level
- Update transportation data/reports for costs and service level
- Produce commercial invoices for cross-border transactions
- Support retail with special delivery tracking information and investigate invoice/physical delivery discrepancies

Profile
- Bachelor’s degree, business, analytics, merchandising, or related field. Must have a high level of data entry accuracy and speed required
- 1-2 years’ experience working within planning, allocation, or merchandising.
