This role will lead day-to-day field operations, coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, and ensure quality and safety standards are upheld throughout construction.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field operations for ground-up multifamily construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics
- Drive project schedules and maintain progress against milestones
- Manage quality control and ensure work is completed per plans/specifications
- Lead onsite safety efforts and maintain compliance with OSHA standards
- Conduct subcontractor meetings and coordinate sequencing between trades
- Work closely with Project Managers on budgets, schedules, and field updates
- Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and resolve field conflicts proactively
- Maintain project documentation including daily reports and site logs
- Support project turnover, punchlist completion, and closeout activities
Requirements
- 5-10 years of Superintendent experience within a GC environment
- Ground-up multifamily construction experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site coordination
- Ability to lead subcontractors and maintain jobsite accountability
- Familiarity with inspections, safety compliance, and quality control processes
- Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
