What You’ll Be Doing
Lead full lifecycle project execution, from kickoff through final delivery
Own project financials including budgeting, forecasting, billing, and cost control
Manage subcontractors, vendors, and procurement strategy to keep projects on track
Oversee scheduling, staffing plans, and field coordination
Drive preconstruction efforts including buyout, turnover, and planning meetings
Review and manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation
Partner closely with internal teams (field, VDC, fabrication, leadership) to ensure seamless delivery
Maintain strong relationships with clients, engineers, and key stakeholders
What They’re Looking For
15 years of experience in mechanical construction project management
Proven track record managing large or complex commercial/industrial builds
Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, and cost control
Experience leading teams and mentoring project staff
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
Familiarity with tools like Viewpoint, Bluebeam, and VDC/CAD coordination
