We are looking for a Construction Superintendent to lead ground up commercial builds across Florida, Georgia, Virginia, and Texas. This is a chance to run large scale projects from start to finish for a well established builder with a strong reputation in healthcare, financial, and light industrial construction.
Location: Multiple regional offices across FL, GA, VA, and TX
Travel: Up to 75%
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all field construction activity to ensure projects meet design, budget, schedule, and client expectations
- Lead weekly onsite meetings with subcontractors and vendors covering schedule, safety, and performance
- Enforce OSHA and company safety standards as the top priority on every site
- Prepare and distribute daily field and safety reports
- Manage subcontractor progress, manpower, and scheduling to keep projects on track
- Verify site layouts and control lines
- Maintain updated contract documents and red line as built drawings onsite
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers on progress, budget, and issue resolution
- Mentor and train other Superintendent level staff
- Keep the jobsite clean, organized, and professional at all times
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 to 10 years of experience in commercial construction, overseeing ground up projects
- Experience with projects in the $2M range including ground up builds and renovations
- Valid OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain/renew within 5 years)
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting software such as Procore
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites across FL, GA, VA, and TX
- Current Red Cross First Aid and CPR certification (or ability to obtain)

Salary : $110,000 - $160,000
