- Perform minor to moderately complex plumbing service tasks under supervision
- Learn proper installation, repair, and maintenance techniques
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues with guidance from experienced team members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Continue building technical knowledge through hands-on experience and training
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- At least 1 year of plumbing experience preferred
- Trade school training or completion preferred
- OSHA-10 certification a plus
- Strong math skills and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to perform physical labor and work in various job environments
- Dependable, hardworking, and committed to developing a career in plumbing
