As an IT Specialist at RIKR, you will serve as a first-line responder, providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, guiding customers through solutions, and ensuring their satisfaction. You will also have responsibilities of a Jr. Systems Administrator, such as managing cloud SaaS products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance.
- Provide prompt and professional troubleshooting support.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to understand their needs.
- Resolve or escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth customer support experience.
- Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude at all times.
- Onboarding and offboarding of users in cloud products.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
