Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and highly organized student to join our team. You will support the Sales, Technical Support and Operations departments, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily tasks. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and attention to detail. You will work closely with colleagues from all company functions and the global headquarters in China and gain an intensive insight into the B2B operations of an international technology organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
• Process sales orders, invoices, and purchase orders
• Follow up orders for direct and distributor customers, status, shipping, general information, triage technical sales questions, answer sales calls and forward to territory sales manager, etc.
• LinkedIn Integration: Assist in managing sales outreach and prospecting efforts by updating contact information and tracking initial engagements using LinkedIn data and entering it into Salesforce CRM.
Customer Service:
• Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability to potential and existing customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries are processed and completed correctly.
Team Coordination:
• Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, technical support, logistics, and finance to support ongoing operations.
• Interface with corporate headquarters teams in support of the local functions

• Experience with MS Office and Salesforce
