We are committed to providing exceptional products and services to our customers. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to join our team. Candidates with experience are preferred, but motivated newcomers are also welcome and training will be provided.
Position Title: Sales Representative
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Union City
Work Schedule:
Monday to Sunday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (5 days a week)
Occasional overtime may be required depending on business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in selling European and American-style cabinets
2. Familiarity with QuickBook Online
3. Proficiency in design and drawing software
4. Entry-level candidates with strong learning ability are welcome
Job requirements:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; friendly, patient, and customer-orientate
2. Strong work enthusiasm, positive attitude, and willingness to learn new skills and knowledge
3. Responsible work ethic with strong communication skills; Bilingual in Chinese and English
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Design Software
5. Must have valid work authorization and be able to file taxes
Job Responsibilities:
-Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
-Provide expert advice on our range of European and American style cabinets
-Prepare and present accurate quotes to customers
-Follow up on leads and close sales effectively
-Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
-Collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction
-Assist with processing sales orders and payments
-Maintain accurate sales records and reports
