The Senior Aviation Analyst provides analytical, coordination, and program support for safety analysis, data-driven studies, standards development, and stakeholder collaboration. The role supports research, reporting, outreach, and meeting activities to enable effective information sharing, risk identification, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelor’s - Engineering, math, or science degree is required. For Human Factors Analysts: Psychology and related human factor specialized degrees are acceptable.

Job Description:
The Senior Aviation Analyst provides analytical, coordination, and program support for safety analysis, data-driven studies, standards development, and stakeholder collaboration. The role supports research, reporting, outreach, and meeting activities to enable effective information sharing, risk identification, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supports analytical studies to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps
- Coordinates meetings, conferences, and working groups from planning through closeout
- Prepares reports, briefings, publications, and presentation materials
- Supports development and maintenance of data standards, models, and methodologies
- Facilitates collaboration and consensus among internal and external stakeholders
- Maintains documentation, records, metadata, and reference materials
- Provides user support, training assistance, and acceptance testing support
- Coordinates logistics, vendors, and event-related services as required.
