Position Overview:
Rigid Industrial Group is seeking two (2) experienced Electrical General Foremen and (2) Electrical Superintendents to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in industrial and oil & gas environments who have proven experience leading crews on projects ranging from small-scale to large, complex jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise electrical crews on industrial and oil & gas job sites
- Plan, coordinate, and execute projects to ensure timely and efficient completion
- Maintain high safety standards and enforce company policies
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members
- Manage manpower, materials, and equipment on job sites
Qualifications:
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License (required)
- Extensive experience in industrial and/or oil & gas electrical work
- Proven leadership experience managing crews on small to large projects
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
