What are the responsibilities and job description for the ASL Group Home Manager position at Rightway Home Care Services, INC?
Program Coordinator is officially called a Designated Coordinator for Group homes. (D.C) This consist of managing up to 4 clients daily lives.
This includes all doctor appointments and organizing their bills and annual meetings. Organization and Reliability are very important in this position as it will be taking care of 4 clients and around 10 staff schedules.
This is a management position and will include scheduling, payroll, and 245D tasks that are required by the State of MN.
The clients and staff are deaf and communicate through American Sign Language and you must be willing to learn ASL if you do not know it.
An ideal canidate Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation and able to pass a MN Background Check with fingerprints.
