What You’ll Do
- Ensure the health and safety of our clients with top-tier nursing care
- Perform direct treatments and procedures with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate medical records and care plans
- Monitor medication administration and physician orders
- Collaborate with clients, families, and our team to deliver personalized care
- Stay compliant with DHS and MN Department of Health guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Minnesota RN license and valid driver’s license
- Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A heart for caregiving and a sense of humor (we love a good laugh!)
