What You'll Do:
- Manage customer orders from order entry through shipment, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Coordinate deliveries by working closely with warehouse, procurement, logistics, and operations teams.
- Process transactions in SAP, maintain shipping documentation, and support invoicing activities.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues, inventory shortages, and order discrepancies.
- Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in order management, logistics, supply chain, customer fulfillment, or manufacturing operations.
- Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and customer service.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word).
