FTZ & Bonded Logistics SpecialistRate: $24 per hourLocation: Doral, FLHour: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30 pmPosition Overview:Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable FTZ/Bonded Logistics Specialist to support import/export operations, ensure customs compliance, and maintain accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience with CBP forms, bonded/FTZ logistics, and industry software such as Magaya or CargoWise.Key Responsibilities:• Manage bonded and FTZ logistics processes, documentation workflows, and import/export operations.• Ensure full compliance with U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) regulations.• Work with CBP Forms 7512, 214, 216, and other required documentation.• Coordinate with freight forwarders and third-party logistics partners to guarantee regulatory compliance and timely order processing.• Maintain accurate documentation and records within designated systems.• Utilize Magaya and/or CargoWise systems for logistics and compliance management.• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.Requirements:• Experience in bonded warehouse or Foreign Trade Zone logistics.• Strong understanding of customs compliance.• Proficiency in Magaya, CargoWise, or similar logistics software.• Bilingual English/Spanish (required).• Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills.• Ability to work overtime and holidays when needed.
