JOB TITLE: Construction Laborer / Billboard Sign Installer

Pay Rate: $17.00-$18.00/hour
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, starting at 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM / 1 Hour lunch; occasional weekends and frequent overtime
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction Laborer / Billboard Sign Installer to join our team. This is a hands-on construction position that requires candidates to be flexible and willing to perform a variety of general construction labor duties in addition to billboard installation.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable working outdoors, climbing, working at elevated heights, and traveling to job sites throughout Florida. Training on fall protection equipment will be provided before employees are required to work at heights.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform general construction labor and job-site support activities.
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, repair, and removal of billboard structures and signage.
- Work at elevated heights and climb structures, ladders, and access equipment as required.
- Safely use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment at job sites.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work effectively as part of a construction crew.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment.
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, standing, bending, climbing, and working outdoors.
- Travel throughout Florida as needed for projects.
- Perform additional general construction duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous construction, general labor, installation, or related hands-on experience preferred.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors and at elevated heights.
- Must be physically capable of performing general construction labor duties.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to work overtime and occasional weekends.
- Must be flexible and willing to travel throughout the state of Florida.
- Must be willing to work in a drug-free workplace and participate in random drug screening.
- Fall protection training will be provided.
TRAVEL
Travel throughout Florida is required as needed. When overnight travel is necessary, accommodations and per diem are provided.
Salary : $17 - $18
