Technology Project Manager (Azure/IT Infrastructure)

Our client is seeking a Technology Project Manager to support critical cloud initiatives, with a strong focus on Azure cloud migration projects. The ideal candidate has experience managing cloud-focused initiatives, particularly Azure migrations, and can effectively drive testing, risk identification, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a hybrid position based in Dutchess County, NY.

Staring at $50/hour.

Technology Project Manager’s Responsibilities And Duties

• Manage and coordinate cloud migration initiatives, with a focus on Azure environments
• Support the execution of a Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCP/DR) project
• Facilitate testing efforts across technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure readiness and successful outcomes
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders, including IT teams and business units, to align on timelines, testing plans, and deliverables
  
  

Technology Project Manager’s Qualifications And Skills

• At least 5 years of experience managing technology or IT infrastructure projects
• Experience managing cloud migration projects, preferably involving Microsoft Azure
• Strong understanding of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCP/DR) planning and testing
• Experience coordinating testing efforts across both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Proven ability to identify and manage project risks and dependencies
