Senior Manager - SAP Architect

Our client is seeking a Senior Manager, SAP Architecture & Solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership presence, sound judgment navigating ambiguity, and the ability to build a team and processes from the ground up. This is an onsite position based in Fairfield County, CT.

Senior Manager, SAP Architecture & Solutions's Responsibilities And Duties

• Own the architecture and solution design strategy for a multi-year S/4HANA migration, from early planning through execution
• Define technical roadmap, integration approach, and governance standards for the SAP landscape
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to align architecture decisions with long-term company strategy
• Build out and eventually manage a team of 3 analysts as the program scales
• Evaluate and recommend architecture patterns across core SAP modules and adjacent systems
• Serve as the primary technical authority on S/4HANA design decisions and best practices
  
  

Senior Manager, SAP Architecture & Solutions's Qualifications And Skills

• At least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation required
• Utility/IS-U experience preferred; manufacturing or other regulated-industry experience also considered
• Open to candidates from strong consulting backgrounds with genuine technical depth
• Experience defining architecture standards and leading technical direction on large-scale ERP programs
• Comfortable operating in early-stage, ambiguous program environments
