Project Engineer's Responsibilities And Duties
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through completion, including Office 365 migrations, network implementations, server deployments, and office build-outs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Provide escalation support to the broader projects team as needed
- Document project scope, progress, and outcomes in accordance with internal standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across a variety of environments and platforms
- Collaborate with a team of approximately 16 Project Engineers to share knowledge and best practices
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a Project Engineer or similar role
- Hands-on experience with a range of IT project types including Office 365 migrations, networking, server infrastructure, and office build-outs
- MSP experience preferred; candidates with experience on a dedicated projects team will also be considered
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client-facing presence
