Lead Analyst

Our client is seeking a Lead Analyst to play a key role in driving data governance, financial insights, and automation initiatives across enterprise analytics platforms. This individual will partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, scalable reporting, and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across multiple operating entities. This is an onsite position based in Suffolk County, MA.

Starting at $100,000/year.

Lead Analyst’s Responsibilities And Duties

• Own and enhance master data management practices, including governance standards and automation across analytics environments
• Oversee intercompany billing activities, financial forecasting, and consolidated reporting across multiple business units
• Design and deliver KPI dashboards, financial models, and data visualizations to support leadership and operational teams
• Lead analytics-driven process improvements and automation efforts using tools such as Power Platform, SAP, Alteryx, and advanced Excel
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions
  
  

Lead Analyst’s Qualifications And Skills

• At least 5 years of experience in financial analytics, data analytics, or a related field
• Strong background in automation, reporting, and enterprise systems, including ERP platforms
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with analytics and automation tools
• Proven ability to manage complex data sets and deliver insights to senior stakeholders
• Energy or utility industry experience is preferred but not required
