Team Supervisor – Water MitigationCompany: Right Restoration LLCLocation: Bowie, MDReports To: Mitigation ManagerStatus: Full-Time Position OverviewThe Team Supervisor – Water Mitigation leads a crew of technicians performing water damage restoration and mitigation services. This position ensures job progress, compliance with IICRC and OSHA standards, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands-on mitigation experience and a commitment to quality and safety. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise water mitigation technicians on residential and commercial job sites.Execute water extraction, structural drying, dehumidification, demolition, and restoration prep tasks.Ensure compliance with IICRC, OSHA, and company standards.Manage daily job site activities, equipment setup, moisture monitoring, and documentation.Maintain records in DASH, Xactware, MICA/Mitigate, and DocuSketch.Coach technicians to improve skills, safety, and productivity.Communicate with customers, insurance reps, and internal teams regarding project scope and progress.Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency response. QualificationsExperience: Minimum 2 years in water mitigation/restoration, including supervisory or lead experience.Certification: IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) required.Preferred: Applied Structural Drying (ASD) certification.Skills:Leadership and team managementExcellent communication and organizational skillsProficient in moisture monitoring, drying equipment, and restoration softwareOther Requirements:Valid driver’s license with clean recordAbility to lift 50 lbs and work in varied environmentsFlexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays as needed) Compensation & BenefitsHourly Rate: $21–$26 (based on experience)Commission: 0.5% on jobs soldAdditional goal-based bonus opportunitiesOvertime and on-call payPaid time off and holidaysPhone allowance401(k) eligibility after one yearOngoing professional training and advancement
