Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions for one of our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their accounting career in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
- Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain financial records and supporting documentation
- Assist with invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations
- Support general accounting and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of AP/AR or general accounting support experience or degree in Accounting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle high-volume transactional work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting systems preferred
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
