Responsibilities:
- Assist lead installer in installing HVAC systems in residential settings.
- Help with the setup and removal of heating and cooling equipment.
- Ensure job sites are clean and organized before, during, and after installations.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Learn to troubleshoot and resolve basic HVAC issues under supervision.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance HVAC knowledge and skills.
- Support inventory management by assisting with the organization of tools and materials.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC is a plus.
- Previous experience in a related field is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and tools is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
