Client Service, Investment & Operations Associate
Industry: Wealth Management (RIA)
Rye, NY (Westchester): Primarily Remote –*** 1-2 times per month in office (except for initial in-person training during the first month)
Compensation: $75k-$90k plus bonus
About the Role: A well-established boutique financial services firm is seeking a Client Service, Investment & Operations Associate to play a critical role in supporting daily operations and client interactions. This is a great opportunity for someone who is energized by client service, highly organized, true self-starter, and interested in growing with a boutique firm.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage daily client service requests and ensure timely follow-up
· Prepare materials for client meetings, sit in on Zoom meetings and as needed in-person meetings
· Monitor treasury maturities, support distributions, completion of applications and money movement requests
· Support onboarding of new clients, paperwork completion, custodial coordination (ACATS)
· Maintain and update client records and systems (paperless environment)
· Assist with eMoney input and maintenance (financial planning software)
· Coordinate with third-party money managers (no internal trading)
· Handle smaller accounts as needed and help support client growth initiatives
· Help ensure a seamless client experience and keep leadership informed of any client needs or issues
Requirements:
· 2–3 years of client service or operations experience in Wealth Management (RIA, family office, etc.)
· Series 7 or Series 6 license
· Experience with numerous investment products and asset classes (i.e. equities, fixed income, alternatives, SMAs, 401ks, etc.)
· Experience with holistic financial planning is preferred
· Tech-savvy and comfortable with paperless systems
· Proficient with MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
· Energetic, client-focused, proactive, and eager to learn
· Strong verbal communication skills and professionalism on phone/Zoom
· Highly organized and able to work independently
· Prior experience with eMoney, CRMs, or third-party asset management platforms a plus
Work Environment:
· Initial in-person training required (first month)
· After training, role is primarily remote with occasional in-office days
