Overview
We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to provide full-time, in-office support to senior leadership while also assisting with marketing and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, thrives in a fast-paced office environment, and can manage multiple priorities with confidence and discretion.
You’ll be a key support partner—keeping daily operations organized, communications flowing, and projects moving forward.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle in-office and digital correspondence, prioritize messages, and draft responses as needed
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting notes
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Provide day-to-day administrative support within the office
Marketing & Communications Support
- Assist with content creation for email campaigns, social media, websites, and presentations
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, timelines, and deliverables
- Help manage CRM systems, contact lists, and mailing lists
- Support branding initiatives and promotional projects
- Track basic marketing metrics and organize reports
Operational & Project Support
- Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Help streamline internal office processes and improve workflows
- Coordinate vendors, freelancers, or external partners as needed
- Assist with event planning, outreach, or office initiatives
- Provide general office support as required
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a full-time, in-office setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic content creation
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- Professional, reliable, and punctual
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience supporting senior executives or founders
- Basic design, copywriting, or social media management experience
- Familiarity with CRM, email marketing, or project management tools
- Interest in marketing, branding, or business operations
