Responsibilities
• Identify, engage, and secure new vacation rental properties through phone outreach, email, social media, referrals, and in-person meetings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
• Negotiate and close high-value contracts to expand the company's footprint in the region.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.
• Utilize CRM tools and market data to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and optimize performance.
Qualifications
• 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success in business development and closing deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Experience in real estate or vacation rental management is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and technology-driven sales strategies.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, with high availability for client calls.
Compensation & Work Environment
• Base salary: $60,000 to $80,000, negotiable, plus uncapped commissions.
• Annual earnings potential of $150,000 .
• Reports directly to the Brand President.
