What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Accountant (Fast Growth Track) position at Right Choice Accounting Solutions?
Junior Accountant (Fast Growth Track)
Before we dive into responsibilities and qualifications, let’s talk about who you are and what you want. Are you the kind of person who geeks out over numbers and gets a little too excited when the books reconcile perfectly? Do you look at QuickBooks and spreadsheets not as boring tasks, but as puzzles that need solving? And—let’s be real—are you someone who’d rather not just sit in a corner crunching numbers, but actually enjoy collaborating with a team that values your ideas and contributions? If you’re nodding your head (or even just thinking, “Yep, that’s me”), you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
We’re looking for a Junior Accountant who’s ready to jump in, learn fast, and take ownership of real work from day one. This is an execution-heavy role built to free up leadership, speed up delivery, and directly impact how quickly we can scale. You’ll handle the core accounting work that keeps our clients happy and our operations running—bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll, and more—so our CEO and COO can focus on growth. And you won’t just be “helping out”—you’ll have a clear path to grow into a Staff Accountant and then Senior Accountant role as we scale. Our founder calls this “the role I wish I’d had starting out.”
About Us

We’re a full-service accounting and tax firm built for small business owners who are ready to stop piecing together bookkeeping, payroll, and tax help—and finally get a team that can take their entire accounting function to the next level.
Our clients come to us as the upgrade they didn’t know they needed - the team that makes their numbers make sense, keeps them on track, and builds the strategies that actually move the needle as they scale their dreams into reality.
We specialize in Client Advisory Services (CAS), monthly financial reporting, bookkeeping, tax strategy, tax preparation, and payroll support. As a one-stop shop, we deliver results without the stiff, corporate vibe. Our clients trust us because we make accounting approachable, effective, and - dare we say - actually enjoyable to talk about.
Proudly family-owned and CPA-led, we’re not just about the numbers; we’re about the people behind them. Recently featured in Forbes as “Top CPAs in Georgia,” recognized as Best in County in Gwinnett, and named among the Top 20 business alumni of all time from the university where our leaders met, we’re just getting started—and this role is a big part of what’s next.
