We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Skilled Laborer/Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. Duties
- Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications.
- Use hand tools and power tools for woodworking, framing, trim carpentry, drywall installation, and fixture hanging.
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for rebar installation, water damage restoration, and tile laying.
- Assist with remodeling projects by assembling structures, installing doors, windows, cabinetry, and other fixtures.
- Ensure power tool safety protocols are followed at all times while operating woodworking machines and power tools for construction materials handling.
- Conduct site inspections to verify measurements, quality of work, and adherence to safety standards.
- Support the interpretation of construction plans and estimates to ensure accurate project execution within scope and timeline.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings.
- Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels; power tools including drills, saws for woodworking; and woodworking machines.
- Experience with residential carpentry tasks like trim work, door hanging, fixture installation, drywall finishing, caulking, stucco application, and tile laying.
- Familiarity with construction site safety practices related to power tools and heavy lifting.
- Ability to perform rebar installation, plastering, water damage restoration techniques, mold remediation processes, and drywall installation.
- Prior experience in the restoration industry or handyman services is a plus.
- Excellent physical stamina for demanding tasks such as heavy lifting and working at heights or confined spaces.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
