We are looking for a high-volume recruiter to help scale our finance sales call center. Your job is simple: source, screen, and hire strong sales reps fast. This is a fast-paced role where execution and numbers matter.
- Source 20–50 sales candidates weekly across LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook/WhatsApp groups, and local networks.
- Conduct quick screening calls to evaluate communication skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews, manage calendars, and keep a full hiring pipeline.
- Handle onboarding: paperwork, start dates, training coordination.
- Maintain clean tracking and KPIs inside CRM/ATS.
- Create basic recruitment posts for job boards and social platforms.
