With a reputation for excellence we are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to join our growing team as a Scheduling Coordinator. This person is responsible for carefully matching the right caregivers with our clients to create meaningful relationships and provide outstanding care.
We are looking for a full-time team member who is quick-thinking, smart, detail-oriented and energetic with the ability to multi-task and maintain a very busy and dynamic schedule. The Scheduler is excellent with open communication and efficient problem solving with a sense of urgency. You are a friendly and positive team player who is great at seeing the "big picture".

Essential Functions:
- Schedules and coordinates day-to-day activities of caregivers
- Assists with hiring, orientation, training, documentation, and continuous monitoring of care providers and their schedules
- Maintains consistent schedules for client satisfaction
- Encourages and motivates others in a professional and positive manner
- Performs on-call duties as needed
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Able to pass AHCA Level II background screening (https://info.flclearinghouse.com/)
- Valid Driver's License
- Excellent problem solving skills
