Right at Home, a leading provider of in-home care services, is seeking an organized, personable, and detail-oriented HR Interview & Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Woodstock, Georgia. This role is critical to ensuring we hire and onboard high-quality caregivers who serve our clients throughout Woodstock, Canton, Acworth, Cartersville, Jasper, and Cumming.
Position Overview
The HR Interview & Onboarding Specialist will manage the interview process from initial contact through in-person onboarding. This position requires strong people skills, sound interviewing judgment, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
This is a hybrid role, with a mix of remote work and in-office work in Woodstock, and requires in-person interaction with candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct video, phone, and in-person interviews for caregiver and staff candidates
- Evaluate candidates using sound interviewing principles and strong judgment
- Gather, review, and organize candidate credentials and documentation
- Complete in-person onboarding, including orientation and paperwork
- Accurately move, save, and manage digital files across multiple systems
- Maintain organized and confidential HR records
- Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and team members
- Represent Right at Home’s values and culture throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
- HR and interviewing experience required
- Strong understanding of interviewing techniques and ability to read and understand people
- Familiarity with or understanding of home care strongly preferred
- Knowledge of the local area: Woodstock, Canton, Acworth, Cartersville, Jasper, and Cumming
- Highly computer-agile: comfortable navigating systems, saving files, and multitasking digitally
- Strong typing skills required
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional, warm, and confident communication style
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
