OFFICE COORDINATOR - 25-30 Hours/Week

Right at Home of Southern Arizona was founded in 2013 and operates Arizona locations in Tucson, Green Valley and Sierra Vista, serving Pima and Cochise Counties. We also operate a location in Henderson, Nevada.

Our purpose is to improve quality of life by helping people navigate the aging journey so that veterans and older adults can do the things they love to do and live the way they want to live.

We are striving as a team toward the milestone of serving 500,000 hours of care delivered in a single year by 2028!

Our clients are veterans and older adults who wish to remain living independently at home. They often require companionship, help around the house, personal care or cognitive and dementia support. If you have experience working with aging adults and leading a team of professional caregivers—or think you may enjoy doing this type of work—this role will be a great fit!

We are hiring an Office Coordinator to join our team in Green Valley, AZ.

  • Ensure an extraordinary employment experience for our caregivers.
  • Recruiting, Onboarding & Training of caregivers.
  • Retention, Performance Management & Recognition.
  • Administrative support for key leaders.

You’ll have success as the Office Coordinator if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:

    • Coordinate the interviewing, training and onboarding process for new caregivers.
    • Support caregivers with system access and technology issues, procedural questions, materials needs, etc.
    • Ensure the office is in tip-top shape and running smoothly at all times.
    • Utilize Microsoft Office and other technology applications to help simplify, automate and streamline processes and operations.

We train our team to help them succeed and everyone on our team contributes to our success. In the Office Coordinator role you will be accountable to hit the following numbers each week:

    • Achieve a caregiver OSAT score of 9.5/10.
    • All caregiver interview and orientation documentation completed and submitted.
