Right at Home is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Rockstar who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities, and driving results. If you are competitive, confident on the phone, and passionate about helping people while growing business, we want to talk to you.
This is not a passive customer service role — we are looking for someone who can actively generate leads, follow up consistently, overcome objections, and help grow our home care business throughout the Oklahoma City area.
What You’ll Do:
- Convert inbound inquiries into clients
- Make outbound sales and follow-up calls daily
- Develop referral relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living communities, physicians, and senior service professionals
- Track leads and maintain strong pipeline activity
- Set appointments and help close new client business
- Represent Right at Home professionally in the community
- Help drive census growth and revenue goals
