Location: Graham, WA $46-$66/Hour
Schedule: Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM and PRN - pick up extra shifts to bring in additional income!

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide dedicated care for a client living with ALS who is ventilator and tracheostomy dependent. This is a consistent Saturday day shift, offering a meaningful one-on-one care setting and a great opportunity to earn extra income on the weekends.
About the Registered Nurse Role:
You will provide specialized nursing care in the client’s private residence, focusing on respiratory management, personal care, and maintaining clinical stability.
Responsibilities of Registered Nurse:
- Provide full nursing oversight for a ventilator/trach-dependent ALS client
- Perform trach suctioning, vent checks, and airway management
- Monitor respiratory and overall condition, promptly addressing any changes
- Administer medications and tube feedings as ordered
- Assist with transfers, positioning, and activities of daily living
- Maintain accurate documentation and clear communication with family and care team
- Ensure a clean and safe home care environment
Required Qualifications of Registered Nurse:
- Current and unrestricted RN license in the state of Washington
- Familiarity with trach and ventilator care
- Strong clinical judgment and confidence working independently
- Ability to manage medical emergencies in a home setting
- CPR certification (BLS or ACLS preferred)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Experience with ALS or neuromuscular disorders is a plus
