- You have a valid RN License in state of Washington?
- You are able to start IVs?
- You have a valid BLS or CPR Certification?
- Start / Discontinue IV for infusion therapies
- Establish PIV access
- Access PIV & Ports
- Medication preparation (mixing) and Medication Administration
- Comprehensive Nursing Assessment
- Demonstrate clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care and clinical operations
- Participates in performance improvement activities for the enhancement of care delivery offering suggestions and assisting towards the continuous quality improvement of patient care
- Adhere to standards of safety & infection control in the delivery of patient care
