Are you compassionate, organized, and sales-minded? We’re looking for a motivated Care Coordinator to join our team in West Indianapolis.
In this role, you’ll:
Answer inquiries and convert them into new clients
Create personalized care plans for seniors
Build strong relationships with clients, families and caregivers.
Conduct quality assurance visits
Conduct client assessments.
Create social media content and post it weekly.
Support onboarding new caregivers.
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
2–4 years of related experience (preferred similar experience candidates)
Strong sales and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Comfortable working some evenings/weekends
