Role Description
This is an on-site Certified Home Health Aide role based in Denville, NJ. Responsibilities include providing assistance with activities of daily living, delivering personal care, offering companionship, and supporting patients with their day-to-day needs. The Certified Home Health Aide will work closely with clients to uphold their dignity, enhance their quality of life, and ensure their safety and comfort.
Qualifications
- Experience and skills in Home Care and Patient Care
- Ability to assist with Activities of Daily Living and Personal Care
- Strong Communication skills and ability to build trust with clients
- Compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to caregiving
- Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in the state of New Jersey
- CPR certification is preferred
- Ability to adapt to clients’ individualized care needs
