If you are passionate about delivering exceptional care and support, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding role.**About the Role:**As a Caregiver with Right at Home Cleveland West, you will be responsible for:• Providing companionship and emotional support to our clients, including engaging in conversations, playing games, and watching movies together• Assisting with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation• Helping with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming• Assisting with medication reminders and personal care routines• Maintaining a safe and clean living environment for our clients**Responsibilities:**• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families• Provide individualized care and support to meet each client's unique needs and preferences• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices**Requirements:**• High school diploma or equivalent required• Prior experience as a caregiver, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion preferred• Ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications or training• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to lift and transfer clients as needed**What We Offer:****[Insert Company Slogan: "In Home Care and Assistance"]**At Right at Home Cleveland West, we are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment.
