Our ideal candidate is a caring and reliable individual who is passionate about assisting adults in their home setting. **Responsibilities:** • Provide in-home care and assistance to seniors and vulnerable adults, including companion care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care services • Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients • Working collaboratively with our team to ensure high-quality care and services • Maintaining accurate records and reporting to management **Requirements:** • **CNA**, PCA, HHA, or companion experience preferred • Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable) • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed **Working with Right at Home Cleveland West:** We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, committed to helping our caregivers grow professionally and personally.
