- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette
- Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries promptly, ensuring timely responses and follow-up
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and document proofreading to support administrative accuracy
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools
- Assist with clerical duties including typing, document preparation, proofreading, and maintaining office supplies
- Operate office equipment such as copiers, scanners, and Google Workspace applications efficiently to streamline daily operations
Skills
- Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace for document creation and communication
- Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently
- Strong customer service orientation with exceptional phone etiquette skills for handling inquiries professionally
