As a Yard Laborer, you will perform a variety of property and facility maintenance tasks. This position works Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm. The salary range is $15.50/hr - $22.12/hr.

Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading equipment
- Pressure washing and cleaning vehicles and machinery
- Sorting and processing materials
- Ensuring a clean and organized worksite
- Providing additional assistance in the yard and the shop as needed
Education, Skills, Experience Needed:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Driver’s license required
- Willingness and ability to obtain a CDL-B within 6 months of being hired
- Physically challenging role & will be predominately outside in all kinds of weather conditions
- Must possess strong time -management skills and the ability to prioritize the workload
- Ability to bend, squat, climb, and lift up to 50 Ibs
