Description
The Cash Application Specialist is responsible for cash posting, account reconciliation, processing refunds, and handling deposits. Manages branch reports and mail while ensuring accuracy and excellent customer service. Requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
What You'll Do:
- Accounts Receivable posting including training and guidance.
- Processing branch cash/check/credit card voucher reports.
- Reconciling deposits from multiple sources.
- Cash application.
- Process refunds.
- Handling incoming/outgoing mail.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What You'll Need:
- High School graduate – college a plus.
- 2-5 Years of related work experience.
- Technical skills in account reconciliation.
- Strong Excel skills as well as other Windows based PC applications.
