Rifkin Weiner Livingston LLC seeks full-time experienced litigation paralegal in its Baltimore/Towson Office office. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience, excellent attention to detail, great communication and organizational skills and ability to work with team handling a variety of tasks. Must also be proficient in Office 365 and able to handle deadlines. Should have experience with e-discovery, records databases (Relativity; Exhibit Share for Remote Depositions), timekeeping systems, Zoom and Teams document sharing capability; proficiency with filing in MDEC, PACER, Case File Xpress, and other e-filing systems; and LexisNexis/WestLaw searches. Salary commensurate with experience, full benefit package and parking.
