ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Process accounts payable invoices and learn an intricate accounting system
- Process equipment R&M, shop, plant, and rental invoices for payment
- Support, reconcile, and audit the maintenance scheduling and location assignment system.
- Additional duties include scanning, filing, or anything else deemed necessary by the equipment office manager and or equipment manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with three (3) or more years of experience within the field of accounting preferred
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Capable of adapting to rapidly changing environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of attention to detail
- Must be a team player
