Responsibilities
- Lead a lawn maintenance crew throughout the daily route
- Perform commercial and residential mowing
- Operate stand-on and zero-turn mowers
- Complete string trimming, edging, and blowing
- Ensure properties are completed neatly and according to company standards
- Train and supervise crew members
- Keep the crew on schedule and maintain an efficient pace
- Safely load, unload, and transport equipment
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Report property issues, equipment problems, or customer concerns
- Maintain clean trucks, trailers, and equipment
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Assist with cleanups, landscaping, or other property maintenance work when needed
Qualifications
- At least one to two years of professional lawn maintenance experience
- Previous crew leadership experience is preferred
- Experience operating commercial mowing equipment
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
- Ability to safely drive a truck and pull a trailer
- Dependable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work independently and lead others
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work throughout the day
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
