About the Role
Riedl and Son Exterior Specialists is seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming face of our company. This position handles new leads, supports the sales team, assists customers in our showroom, and keeps communication flowing across the company. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong willingness to jump in and help wherever and whenever needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process new leads from phone calls, website inquiries, email, and walk-ins.
- Enter, qualify, and assign leads to the appropriate sales rep using our CRM.
- Greet customers in the showroom and guide them through roofing, siding, window, door, and other exterior product options.
- Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the correct department or team member.
- Provide prompt, friendly communication and support to customers throughout the process.
- Schedule sales appointments and follow-up visits.
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and updated.
- Assist the sales and office team with administrative tasks such as preparing materials, entering notes, and updating records.
- Handle general office duties including mail, supplies, and coordinating customer documents.
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to help wherever needed—whether supporting sales, production, office tasks, or customer needs.

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
