Shift Options
Pay: $17.50/hour $1.50–$3.00/hour shift differential (based on shift)

- 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday 11:00PM – 7:00AM

What You'll Do
- Run coating, blasting, or cleaning lines
- Load and unload parts to keep production moving
- Inspect parts before and after processing
- Use a computer to track jobs and follow steps
- Move materials with pallet jacks or forklifts
- Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
- Jump in where needed-we work as a team
- Show up-this is a small crew, everyone matters
- Do it right-quality matters every time
- Be willing to learn-we'll train you, effort is key
- Be ready to work-lifting 50 lbs, on your feet, warm shop at times
- You're treated with respect-no games, no nonsense
- You're not just a number-people know your name
