Position Summary
We are seeking dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in a locally owned and operated nursing home group serving Western Kentucky.
This position offers flexible scheduling across multiple shifts, allowing nurses to find a schedule that fits their needs while providing high-quality care in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment.
Full and Part Time Availability
Essential Duties
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policy
- Assess (RN) or monitor (LPN) resident conditions and report changes appropriately
- Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting
- Accurately document care and treatments in the medical record system (EMAR/EHR)
- Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary team members to deliver quality care
- Assist with care planning and follow established care plans
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Contribute to a respectful, resident-centered environment
Qualifications
- Current LPN or RN license in the state of Kentucky
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or nursing home preferred
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work assigned shifts
- Commitment to compassionate, professional resident care
